DR. MOIZ SHAFIQ

Dr. Shafiq, a highly qualified cardiologist, received his medical degree and internal medicine training from UT Southwestern in Dallas.

He then pursued a Cardiovascular Disease Fellowship at the University of Florida, Jacksonville, where he further honed his expertise in this field.

Along with his passion for cardiology and cardiovascular disease prevention, Dr. Shafiq has a keen interest in hypertension, which led him to complete a two-year National Institutes of Health Cardiovascular Research Fellowship with a specific focus on Clinical Hypertension.

Beau Muhlbach - PA-C

Beau joined Dallas Cardiology in October 2022 after serving 4 years at Medical City Lewisville as the overnight PA for internal medicine team.

He is a graduate of UTHSC San Antonio PA program where he earned his Masters in Physician Assistant Studies and met his beautiful wife, Arya.

Beau values the time he spends with patients by listening to their concerns and providing solutions to their cardiovascular needs.

In his spare time, Beau enjoys being with his wife, traveling, reading and playing basketball. He is also an avid woodworker.

Zelda - CRMA

Zelda, is a highly skilled medical professional with multiple medical certifications. She is a National Registered Certified Medical Assistant and EKG tech and an NCT X-ray tech.

She has over 25 years of experience in Medical Assisting with focus on cardiology for over 15 years. She has dedicated herself to providing top quality care to our patients.

With her extensive knowledge in pace-maker and other device interrogation, Coumadin monitoring and other aspects of cardiology and a passion for patient care, she is a valuable asset to our medical team.
